Organization and Standing of Buyer. If the Buyer is an entity, it is a corporation, partnership or other entity duly incorporated or organized, validly existing and in good standing under the laws of the jurisdiction of its incorporation or organization. If the Buyer is an individual, he or she is at least the greater of (a) eighteen (18) years of age or (b) the age of legal majority in his or her jurisdiction of residence.
