ORGANIZATION AND COMMITMENTS. 2.1 Permanent Passes delivered by DSE DSE shall deliver to the Competitor a certain number of Permanent Passes to be distributed to the effective Team Members in accordance with the terms and conditions included in the “EWC Permanent Pass Form” and in the “Pass System Rules”. The Competitor is obliged to respect the EWC Pass System rules (including without limitation assisting DSE in enforcing compliance with such rules by Team Members and by third parties). All participating teams (including the Team) are required to respect the deadlines established by DSE for the request and distribution of Permanent Passes. The allocation of the number and validity of Permanent Passes is at the sole discretion of DSE. The Competitor must keep an accurate record of the numbers of Permanent Passes issued to all Team Members.
