Organic Certification. 3.1 If the Supplier does not have Organic Producer Certification and has not yet commenced its application to obtain Organic Producer Certification on the Commencement Date, then, within 90 days of the Commencement Date, the Supplier must make an application to an Approved Organic Certifier for Organic Producer Certification in respect of the Organic Milk.
