Orders for Samples. Forecasting and ordering for Samples shall be done in accordance with Sections 9.2 above. Demand quantities for Samples shall be included in the Quarterly Forecast as a separate line item. Ipsen shall include a plan for forecasting, ordering and distribution of Samples in its marketing plans in accordance with Section 7.2, above.
