Duration of the Processing Personal Data will be Processed for the duration of the Agreement, subject to Section 4 of this DPA.
Ordering 7.4.1 When ordering LIS, the ordering Party shall specify requirements on the Access Service Request (ASR): 1) the type and number of Interconnection facilities to terminate at the Point of Interconnection in the Serving Wire Center; 2) the type of interoffice transport, (i.e., direct trunked transport or tandem switched transport); 3) the number of Ports to be provisioned at an End Office Switch or local Tandem Switch; and 4) any optional features. When the ordering Party requests facilities, routing, or optional features different than those determined to be available, the Parties will work cooperatively in determining an acceptable configuration, based on available facilities, equipment and routing plans.
Winding Up Upon dissolution of the Company, the Company shall continue solely for the purposes of winding up its business and affairs as soon as reasonably practicable. Promptly after the dissolution of the Company, the Manager shall immediately commence to wind up the affairs of the Company in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and the Act. In winding up the business and affairs of the Company, the Manager may, to the fullest extent permitted by law, take any and all actions that it determines in its sole discretion to be in the best interests of the Members, including, but not limited to, any actions relating to (i) causing written notice by registered or certified mail of the Company’s intention to dissolve to be mailed to each known creditor of and claimant against the Company, (ii) the payment, settlement or compromise of existing claims against the Company, (iii) the making of reasonable provisions for payment of contingent claims against the Company and (iv) the sale or disposition of the properties and assets of the Company. It is expressly understood and agreed that a reasonable time shall be allowed for the orderly liquidation of the assets of the Company and the satisfaction of claims against the Company so as to enable the Manager to minimize the losses that may result from a liquidation.
Cleanliness Resident agrees to keep the room in a clean and sanitary condition during the entire term of occupancy and to return his/her room to Provider in the same condition, including general cleanliness, as it was at the beginning of the term of occupancy, normal wear and tear excepted as determined by College acting on behalf of Provider. When there is vacant space in a partially occupied multi-person room, the vacant space must be maintained by the occupant(s) in a manner that will allow a new Resident to move in immediately. Failure to do so will result in assessment of a cleaning charge to Resident’s account.

Cleaning Up 4.15.1 Before commencement of any on-site activities, Contractor is required to prepare and submit to the Project Manager a Construction Site Waste Reduction Plan. Failure to comply with this provision or a failure to comply with the plan itself will result in withholding of general conditions’ money from the contractor’s monthly requisition until Contractor has rectified the situation and is in full compliance with these provisions.
Scaling “Scaling,” as used herein, involves:
Repair Concessionaire shall, prior to the commencement of the Concession Operation under the Agreement, provide to Department a type-written concession equipment maintenance plan for the State-owned equipment located on the Concession Premises, together with a schedule for preventative maintenance and a report on maintenance completion and equipment condition. Failure to comply with this preventative maintenance schedule shall result in Concessionaire being responsible for all repairs and/or replacement of equipment. The review and Department inspection of the Concession Premises and its equipment will be conducted during routine inspection of the Concession Premises and as a part of the Mandatory Compliance and Performance Evaluation Meetings.
