Ordering Rules. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, allocations for any Fiscal Year or other period of nonrecourse deductions or of items required to be allocated pursuant to the minimum gain chargeback requirements contained in Section 4.05 shall be made before any other allocations hereunder.
