Ordering Product Clause Samples

Ordering Product. TCBY and its Franchisees will place orders via telephone or facsimile with the Distribution Center servicing each Site between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on its call date. If requested by BLD, TCBY Franchisees will use a BLD designated form(s). Failure to place an order as set forth in this Section may result in BLD's refusal to fill said order.
