Common use of Ordering Equipment Clause in Contracts

Ordering Equipment. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to order the Equipment from the Supplier shown in each Schedule. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to arrange for delivery of the Equipment so it can be accepted in accordance with Section 4 hereof. Lessee hereby authorizes Lessor to insert in the applicable Schedule the serial numbers and other identification data of the Equipment when determined by Lessee.
