Ordering Entities Sample Clauses

The "Ordering Entities" clause defines which parties within an agreement are authorized to place orders for goods or services under the contract. Typically, this clause specifies whether only the main contracting party, its affiliates, or other designated entities can initiate purchases, and may outline any requirements or procedures for such orders. By clearly identifying who has the authority to order, the clause helps prevent unauthorized transactions and ensures that all parties understand the scope of purchasing rights, thereby reducing confusion and potential disputes.
