Ordering Charges. 9.1 The facilities purchased pursuant to this Attachment shall be ordered via the ASR process. 9.2 The rates, terms and conditions associated with submission and processing of ASRs are as set forth in BellSouth’s FCC No. 1 Tariff, Section 5.
