Ordering and acceptance procedures Sample Clauses

The "Ordering and acceptance procedures" clause defines the process by which orders are placed and subsequently accepted under an agreement. Typically, it outlines the steps a buyer must follow to submit an order, such as using a purchase order form or an online system, and specifies how and when the seller confirms acceptance, which may include written confirmation or shipment of goods. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of when a binding contract is formed for each order, reducing the risk of disputes over whether and when obligations arise.
