Common use of ORDER OF REPAYMENT Clause in Contracts

ORDER OF REPAYMENT. (a) In making repayments under clauses 5.2 and 5.3, the Issuer must, and the SF Manager must cause the Issuer to, apply the amount of the repayment to repay the Principal Outstanding under the Notes in order of the date of issue of the Notes so that the Notes issued earlier in time are repaid first.
