Common use of Order Expectations Clause in Contracts

Order Expectations. DTI agrees to warrant to GTE that it is a certified provider of telecommunications service. DTI will document its Certificate of Operating Authority on DTI Profile and agrees to update this DTI Profile as required to reflect its current certification. The Parties agree to exchange and to update end user contact and referral numbers for order inquiry, trouble reporting, billing inquiries, and information required to comply with law enforcement and other security agencies of the government. The Parties also agree to exchange and to update internal order, repair and billing point of contacts. Prior to submitting an order under this Agreement, DTI shall obtain such documentation as may be required by state and federal laws and regulations.
