Common use of Order Documents Clause in Contracts

Order Documents. Order Documents contain Fees, any related Statements of Work, and supplemental and/or modified terms and conditions applicable to specific products and/or services. Order Documents incorporated into this Agreement on the Effective Date are identified on the Attachment Schedule to these General Terms and Conditions. After the Effective Date, the Parties may add additional Order Documents. Any additional Order Documents must be signed by the Parties to be effective.
