ORDER DIRECTION Sample Clauses

The ORDER DIRECTION clause specifies the sequence in which items, tasks, or obligations must be performed or delivered under an agreement. In practice, this clause may dictate whether goods are shipped in a particular order, services are rendered following a set schedule, or instructions from one party must be followed in a prescribed manner. Its core function is to ensure clarity and coordination between parties by establishing a clear framework for the order of operations, thereby reducing confusion and potential disputes over the timing or sequence of performance.
