ORDER DESK. Contractor must provide a telephone service or “order desk” to receive calls from Purchaser departments for advice or assistance, recommendations on products, parts, and repairs, and for receiving and processing of phone orders. The Order Desk must have a 4 hour operating window all business days except Purchaser holidays.
ORDER DESK. During each convention, conference, consumer show or other such assembly event, there shall be a physical location with voice and facsimile telephone numbers dedicated to receiving and processing technology services work orders for exhibitors. The Responsible Part(y)(ies) shall provide the labor, tools, equipment and supplies necessary to process, schedule and complete work orders.
