Order Contract. (1) During the validity period of this Agreement, when ordering commodities from Party A/Party B, Party D must fill in the necessary items on the commodity order form submitted to Party A/Party B, and deliver it to Party A/Party B after affixing the contract seal or company seal.
(2) After Party A/Party B receives the commodities order form from Party D, Party A/Party B may decide whether to accept the order or accept part of the order according to its own judgment without being bound by the order form.
(3) After accepting the order, Party A/Party B and Party D shall separately sign a "commodity" purchase contract (hereinafter referred to as the purchase contract). The "commodity" purchase contract shall come into effect after being jointly sealed by Party A/Party B and Party D. The contents of the contract include the name, specification, quantity, amount, delivery place, delivery method, payment and other matters of the "commodity".
Order Contract. A legally binding Order Contract between Us and You will be created upon Our acceptance of Your Order, indicated by Our issuance to You of an Order Confirmation. Order Confirmations will be provided to each Patient by email or SMS messaging (or both) and to each Provider by email. Nothing provided by Us including, without limitation, sales and marketing literature, price lists and other documents constitutes a contractual offer to provide the Services that is capable of acceptance. Your Order constitutes a contractual offer that We may, at our discretion, accept or reject.
Order Contract. The order contract used between AZIMUT and DEALER for the confirmation of the purchase of each Product, a standard copy of which is attached hereto as Appendix 2.
