Order Completion Notification. Upon completion of the requests submitted by CLEC, CenturyLink shall provide to CLEC a completion notification in an industry standard, OBF, or in a mutually agreed format. The completion notification shall include detail of the work performed, to the extent this is defined within OBF guidelines, and in an interim method until such standards are defined.
