Order Communication Sample Clauses

The Order Communication clause defines the procedures and requirements for how orders must be transmitted and acknowledged between parties in a contractual relationship. Typically, this clause specifies acceptable methods of communication, such as email or electronic ordering systems, and may require confirmation of receipt to ensure both parties are aligned on order details. Its core practical function is to prevent misunderstandings or disputes by establishing clear, reliable channels and protocols for order-related communications.
Order Communication. Vendors shall accept orders via multiple methods of communication. These shall include US mail, telephone, and telefacsimile transmission, and may also include electronic mail, general commercial online systems, or the vendor's own computerized system. Response must clearly state methods of order communication accepted.
Order Communication. 7.1 For misunderstanding, mutilation, delays or improper occurrence or other shortcomings of orders and communications as a result of the use of the internet or any other means of communication in the traffic between the orderer and Dutch Wind Music, or between Dutch Wind Music and third parties, insofar as with regard to this relates to the relationship between the orderer and Dutch Wind Music, Dutch Wind Music is not liable, unless and insofar as there was intent or gross negligence on the part of Dutch Wind Music.
Order Communication. Any requests, issues or concerns of Company relating to orders, shipments or extra buys shall be communicated directly to the Company’s assigned AmerisourceBergen buyer and Category Manager. Order Communication. Promptly following Legends’ receipt of an Order, Legends shall provide Supplier with an Order Communication. Such Order Communication shall be made through the Data Exchange and shall include the following Order information (as Legends determines applicable): (A) Customer-provided name and address; (B) Customer-provided email and/or telephone number; (C) Delivery Location; (D) applicable Order details (i.e., SKU, size, and quantity); (E) requested shipping method; and
