Common use of Order Appointing Receiver Clause in Contracts

Order Appointing Receiver. The terms of the Order Appointing Receiver (“Receiver Order”) entered by the Court of Common Pleas of Xxxxxxxx County, Ohio (the “Court”) in Case No. A 2103778 (the “Action”) on December 20, 2021 are incorporated herein by reference and the parties agree to be bound by the same. In the event of a conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the terms of the Receiver Order, the Receiver Order shall control.

Order Appointing Receiver. The terms of the Order Appointing Receiver (“Receiver Order”) entered by the Court of Common Pleas of Xxxxxxxx County, Ohio (the “Court”) in Case No. A 2103778 A2001099 (the “Action”) on December 20May 22, 2021 are incorporated herein by reference and the parties agree to be bound by the same. In the event of a conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the terms of the Receiver Order, the Receiver Order shall control.

In the event of a conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the terms of the Receiver Order, the Receiver Order shall control.

In the event of a conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the terms of the Receiver Order, the Receiver Order shall control.
