Order Appointing Receiver. The terms of the Order Appointing Receiver (“Receiver Order”) entered by the Court of Common Pleas of Xxxxxxxx County, Ohio (the “Court”) in Case No. A 2103778 (the “Action”) on December 20, 2021 are incorporated herein by reference and the parties agree to be bound by the same. In the event of a conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the terms of the Receiver Order, the Receiver Order shall control.
