Order and Quotation Sample Clauses
Order and Quotation. The Services are ordered by the User through e-mail or through the website of VENN. Following receipt of the order, VENN provides the User with a Quotation containing the following information: customer reference and billing data, location of use and delivery, and type of commercial package and service configuration. An order of the Services by the User is only binding when the User has received a Quotation and confirmed its acceptance via e-mail confirmation to VENN.
Order and Quotation. Orders and invitations to tender must be accompanied by specifications drawn up by the Customer. Any order from the Customer is only binding for ECOCUP on the condition that it has been signed or explicitly confirmed in writing by ECOCUP. ECOCUP reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse any order deemed inappropriate. When a quotation is drawn up by ECOCUP, and in the absence of any other subsequent agreement, it constitutes the special conditions amending the present General Conditions. ECOCUP's offers and quotes are only valid for a maximum period of one (1) month from the date of their submission.
