Order and its confirmation. The Customer may place its order via electronic transmission (e- mail), facsimile or sending specific written order in form of a letter. Orders placed by phone will be accepted by EQUIP-TEST only if the Customer confirms the respective order in written form (if by e-mail to: ▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇, if by facsimile to: +▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, if by letter to: Equip-Test Sp. z o.o., Torowa 3C ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇-▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇, within 24 hours, and if in case of a mail there is acceptable proof on the delivery of the respective letter. Orders placed by e-mail or facsimile between EQUIP–TEST and the Customer are considered to be individual sales contract once confirmed in writing by EQUIP–TEST. Letter, facsimile or electronic forms (e-mail) of communication shall be regarded as being in written form.
