Orbital Position Clause Samples

Orbital Position. Subject to the approval of the FCC, the orbital position of Galaxy VIII(i) will be 95(Degree) West Longitude.

Orbital Position. Subject to Section 4.A, the Satellite may, ho▇▇▇▇r, be located at any other orbital position hereafter authorized by the FCC. Technical performance criteria for the Satellite are described in the Transponder Performance Specifications set forth in Attachment A. The transponder assignments are as described below and will be changed only in accordance with this Agreement.
