Oral Statements by Representatives. Any oral statement or representation by any representative of Public Processing changing or supplementing this Agreement or any terms of bidding or sale on the Site, is unauthorized and ineffective and confers no right on You and may not be relied upon by You. No interpretation or purported amendment or change of any provision of this Agreement, including applicable performance requirements, is binding on Public Processing unless agreed to, in writing, by Public Processing.
