Common use of Options Personal Clause in Contracts

Options Personal. If and to the extent Tenant has an option to extend the Term of this Lease, such option is personal to the original Tenant and may be exercised only by the original Tenant while occupying the Premises who does so without the intent of thereafter making any Transfer, and may not be exercised by or assigned, voluntarily or involuntarily, by or to any person or entity other than Tenant, unless the foregoing prohibition is waived by Director. The options, if any, herein granted to Tenant are not assignable separate and apart from this Lease, nor may any option be separated from this Lease in any manner, either by reservation or otherwise.
