Common use of Optional Redemptions Clause in Contracts

Optional Redemptions. In addition to the redemption of the -------------------- Notes required under subsection 2.07(a), the Company may, at any time and from time to time, redeem, without premium or penalty, the Notes, in whole or in part (in integral multiples of $1,000), together with interest due on the amount so redeemed through the date of redemption.

Optional Redemptions. In addition to the redemption redemptions of the -------------------- Notes required under subsection 2.07(aSection 2.06(a), the Company may, at any time and from time to time, redeem, without premium or penalty, redeem the Notes, in whole or in part (in integral multiples an amount not less than $1,000,000 in the case of $1,000a partial redemption), at 100% of the principal amount so redeemed, together with interest due on the amount so redeemed accrued thereon through the date of redemptionredemption plus the Make-Whole Amount determined for such redemption date with respect to such principal amount.
