Common use of OPTIONAL REASSIGNMENTU Clause in Contracts

OPTIONAL REASSIGNMENTU. If an employee is found to be totally inadequate in ability to perform job duties, he/she may be given the option of reassignment in lieu of dismissal or issuance of charges under the following provisions: 1. The employee shall be informed, with sufficient clarification, of what is expected of him/her. 2. The employee shall be given any training necessary to do his/her job. 3. If, then, the problem persists, the employee shall be given a written plan of what is to be done and how the work is to be prioritized.
