Common use of Optional Postponement Clause in Contracts

Optional Postponement. Without limiting the provisions of Section 3.02(c) hereof, the Scheduled Delivery Date may be postponed from time to time (but in no event shall the Delivery Date be later than the Cut-Off Date) for any reason, other than pursuant to Section 3.05(a) hereof, if the Lessee gives the Owner Participant, the Indenture Trustee, the Owner Trustee and the Pass Through Trustee confirmed facsimile notice (or telephone notice followed by written confirmation) of such postponement and notice of the date to which the Delivery Date has been postponed, such notice of postponement to be received by each party no later than 11:00 a.m. (New York City time) on the Business Day preceding the Scheduled Delivery Date.

Optional Postponement. Without limiting the provisions of Section 3.02(c3.02(b) hereof, the Scheduled Delivery Date may be postponed from time to time (but in no event shall the Delivery Date be later than the Cut-Off Date) for any reason, other than pursuant to Section 3.05(a3.03(a) hereof, if the Lessee gives the Owner Participant, the Indenture Trustee, the Owner Trustee and the Pass Through Trustee confirmed facsimile notice (or telephone notice followed by written confirmation) of such postponement and notice of the date to which the Delivery Date has been postponed, such notice of postponement to be received by each party no later than 11:00 a.m. (New York City time) on the Business Day preceding the Scheduled Delivery Date.

Without limiting the provisions of Section 3.02(c1(d)(ii) hereof, the Scheduled Delivery Date may be postponed from time to time (but in no event shall the Delivery Date be later than the Cut-Off Date) for any reason, other than pursuant to Section 3.05(a1(e)(i) hereof, if the Lessee gives the Owner Participant, the Indenture Trustee, the Owner Trustee and the Pass Through Trustee confirmed facsimile notice (or telephone notice followed by written confirmation) of such postponement and notice of the date to which the Delivery Date has been postponed, such notice of postponement to be received by each party no later than 11:00 a.m. (New York City time) on the Business Day preceding the Scheduled Delivery Date.

Optional Postponement. Without limiting the provisions of Section 3.02(c1(d)(ii) hereof, the Scheduled Delivery Date may be postponed from time to time (but in no event shall the Delivery Date be later than the Cut-Off DateFebruary 13, 1998) for any reason, other than pursuant to Section 3.05(a) hereof, if the Lessee gives the Owner Participant, the Indenture Trustee, the Owner Trustee and the Pass Through Trustee confirmed facsimile notice (or telephone notice followed by written confirmation) of such postponement and notice of the date to which the Delivery Date has been postponed, such notice of postponement to be received by each party no later than 11:00 a.m. (New York City time) on the Business Day preceding the Scheduled Delivery Date.

Without limiting the provisions of Section 3.02(c) hereofhereof (which shall apply to any postponement under this Section 3.05(c)), the Scheduled Delivery Date may be postponed from time to time (but in no event shall the Delivery Date be later than the Cut-Off Date) for any reason, other than pursuant to Section 3.05(a) hereof, if the Lessee gives the Owner Participant, the Indenture Trustee, the Owner Trustee and the Pass Through Trustee confirmed facsimile notice (or telephone notice followed by written confirmation) of such postponement and notice of the date to which the Delivery Date has been postponed, such notice of postponement to be received by each party no later than 11:00 a.m. (New York City time) on the Business Day preceding the Scheduled Delivery Date.
