Common use of Optional Overdraft Transactions Clause in Contracts

Optional Overdraft Transactions. The following types of transactions require you to “opt in” (in other words, you must provide us with your affirmative consent) if you would like to include them in Overdraft Privilege. Choosing not to opt in may result in these transactions being declined: ATM transactions Everyday Debit Card transactions We do not require you to authorize Overdraft Privilege for your ATM and everyday debit card transactions as a condition of us providing Overdraft Privilege to you for your checks, ACH transactions or other transactions. If you want the Credit Union to authorize and pay overdrafts for ATM and everyday debit card transactions through Overdraft Privilege, you must provide us with your consent by: (1) calling us at ▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ or ▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇; (2) visiting any branch and speaking with a Representative; (3) mailing notice of your decision to opt in to Overdraft Privilege for ATM and everyday debit card transactions to ▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Street, P.O. Box 515, Alpena, MI 49707; or (4) opting into Overdraft Privilege through online banking.
