Optional filing. Notwithstanding any exemption from filing, or other requirements of the Act and this part, any party to an exempt agreement may file such an agreement with the Commission. An agreement that is exempt from the filing requirements of the Act and this part and is optionally filed with the Commission is exempt from the waiting period requirements of the Act and this part. The filing fees for the optional filing of exempt agreements are provided in § 535.401(g).
