Optional Cover 4. Organ Donor Expenses (i) The Organ donor is an eligible donor in accordance with The Transplantation of Human Organs Act, 1994 (amended) and other applicable laws and rules. (ii) The Insured Member is the recipient of the Organ so donated by the Organ Donor.
