Common use of Optional Amount Clause in Contracts

Optional Amount. With respect to any Pricing Period, the Company may in its sole discretion grant to the Investor the right to exercise, from time to time during the Pricing Period (but not more than once on any Trading Day), all or any portion of an Optional Amount. The maximum Optional Amount Dollar Amount and the Optional Amount Threshold Price shall be set forth in the Fixed Request Notice. Each daily Optional Amount exercise shall be aggregated during the Pricing Period and settled on the next Settlement Date. The Optional Amount Threshold Price designated by the Company in its Fixed Request Notice shall apply to each Optional Amount during the applicable Pricing Period.
