Common use of Option to Participate Clause in Contracts

Option to Participate. The County may elect to participate in the loan program in calendar years 2000 and 2001. The County is required to provide written notice to the State in each year of its election to receive the loan and the notice shall be signed by the County’s Project Director and Chief Administrative The notice will also the amount of the loan which may be less than $565,000.
