The Company may, at any time, with respect to the Subordinated Notes, elect to have either Section 13.01 of the Indenture or Section 3.02 of this Indenture Supplement be applied to all outstanding Subordinated Notes upon compliance with the conditions set forth in Article Thirteen of the Indenture and below in this Article Three.
