Common use of Option Term Clause in Contracts

Option Term. The term of the Option (the “Option Term”) shall commence on the Date of Grant set forth above and, unless the Option is previously terminated pursuant to Section 5 below, shall terminate on the [ ] anniversary thereof (the “Expiration Date”).
