Option Contracts. Client may authorise Corpay to enter into an Option Contract so long as Corpay has determined Client to be a Permitted Counterparty. Corpay may require Client to provide certain documentation, including, without limitation, audited financial statements and/or certifications, in order to reach a determination on Client’s status as a Permitted Counterparty. Each Option Contract will be governed by the provisions of this Agreement in addition to the terms set out in the Option Contract.
