Option Charge Clause Samples

An Option Charge clause defines the fee or cost associated with exercising a contractual option, such as extending a lease, purchasing additional goods, or accessing extra services. This clause specifies the amount to be paid, the timing of payment, and any conditions under which the charge applies. By clearly outlining the financial implications of choosing an option, the clause ensures both parties understand the costs involved and helps prevent disputes over additional charges.
