Option Certificate Sample Clauses
An Option Certificate clause defines the issuance and terms of a certificate that evidences an individual's or entity's right to purchase shares or other securities under an option agreement. Option Certificate. An option certificate (the "Option Certificate") shall be delivered to Optionee pursuant to this Agreement in the form set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof, with such appropriate insertions, omissions, substitutions and other variations as required or permitted by this Agreement
Option Certificate. The Option Holder’s rights pursuant to this Agreement shall only be evidenced by this Agreement and will not be certificated.
Option Certificate. The certificate evidencing the Option (the “Option Certificate”) to be delivered pursuant to this Agreement shall be in registered form only and shall be substantially in the form set forth in Exhibit A. The Company shall number and register the Option Certificate in a register as it is issued.
Option Certificate. The term of expiry, conditions to and manner of exercise and other terms and conditions of the Replacement Options shall be the same as the terms and conditions of the Options for which they are exchanged and any certificate previously evidencing the Option shall thereafter evidence and be deemed to evidence such Replacement Option.
