Optimal Type. The arrangement of the mount data to be optimized is changed by selecting a type. Type Description Mixed Tray Mount data are rearranged so that the head A will be given priority in pickup of the chips on tray. When there are not trays, mount data are rearranged so that the head A will pick up the chips by which the pickup motion will be slow and the head B and C will pick up the chips by which the pickup motion will be fast. Prior Feeder The state of stock when optimized is judged, and the chips that can be picked up simultaneously are arranged first. Then the mount data are rearranged so that the chips on tray will be picked up last.

  • License Type Your license to a Product will be under a Named User or CPU license type, as specified on an order. Each Named User license to a Product entitles a Named User to access and use that Product in one production environment and up to two non-production environments. Each CPU license to a Product entitles you to assign the Product to a single CPU in one production environment and up to two non-production environments, for use in support of an unspecified number of Named Users.

  • Multi-year Planning Targets Schedule A may reflect an allocation for the first Funding Year of this Agreement as well as planning targets for up to two additional years, consistent with the term of this Agreement. In such an event, the HSP acknowledges that if it is provided with planning targets, these targets: a. are targets only, b. are provided solely for the purposes of planning, c. are subject to confirmation, and d. may be changed at the discretion of the Funder in consultation with the HSP.   • Hepatitis B Vaccine Where the Hospital identifies high risk areas where employees are exposed to Hepatitis B, the Hospital will provide, at no cost to the employees, a Hepatitis B vaccine.

  • Population The Population shall be defined as all Paid Claims during the 12-month period covered by the Claims Review.

  • Selection Criteria Each Contract is secured by a new or used Motorcycle. No Contract has a Contract Rate less than 1.00%. Each Contract amortizes the amount financed over an original term no greater than 84 months (excluding periods of deferral of first payment). Each Contract has a Principal Balance of at least $500.00 as of the Cutoff Date.
