OPTICAL ALLOWANCE Sample Clauses
An optical allowance clause defines the permitted tolerances or variations in optical components or systems within a contract. It typically specifies acceptable limits for deviations in parameters such as lens thickness, curvature, or refractive index, ensuring that minor imperfections do not constitute a breach of contract. This clause is essential for managing expectations and reducing disputes by clarifying what level of optical variation is considered acceptable in delivered products.
