Common use of Opt-In by Both Licensors Clause in Contracts

Opt-In by Both Licensors. If, within the Initial Opt-In Election Period or Second Opt-In Election Period, both Licensors submit an Opt-In Election with respect to such Development Project, then the Parties will, to the extent mutually agreed, work together to amend the Operating Plan to support Regulus in Developing and Commercializing the Development Project, including, as applicable, creating a funding and early development plan, and the designation of roles and responsibilities of each Party in the execution of such Operating Plan.
