OPPORTUNITY WORKSHOP. The culmination of this phase is a facilitated discussion of potential strategies and opportunities for consideration in the Implementation phase. During the workshop we will use an interactive process to refine the goals from the Discovery workshop and build consensus on economic development priorities for Sauk County. The outcome will be a set of prioritized strategies and focus areas, along with a collaborative framework for aligning available resources to accomplish them.
