Common use of Opportunity to Cure Deficiencies Clause in Contracts

Opportunity to Cure Deficiencies. If the inspection reveals any deficiencies in the condition of the unit, the Participant shall be notified of what deficiencies need to be corrected and given a minimum of thirty (30) days, but may not exceed ninety (90) days to cure the deficiency; with that a follow-up inspection shall be scheduled.
