Common use of Opportunity for Advice Clause in Contracts

Opportunity for Advice. By signing this Agreement, Executive acknowledges that with the advice of the Company, he has had a reasonable opportunity to consider advice from his legal counsel. Fully understanding these terms, Executive is entering into this Agreement knowingly and voluntarily.

Opportunity for Advice. (a) By signing this Agreement, Executive acknowledges acknowledges, represents and agrees that with the advice of the Company, he has had a reasonable opportunity to consider advice from his legal counselcounsel regarding all aspects of this Agreement. Fully understanding these termsExecutive states that he has carefully read and fully understands all of the provisions of this Agreement, and Executive is entering into this Agreement knowingly and voluntarilyvoluntarily and Executive further understands that the Company is relying on this and all other representations he has made herein.

Opportunity for Advice. By signing this Agreement, Executive acknowledges that with the advice of the Company, he has had a reasonable opportunity to consider advice from his legal counsel. Fully , and that, he in fact consulted with an attorney prior to executing this Agreement and the General Release of Claims attached as Exhibit A fully understanding these termsthe terms of this Agreement, Executive is entering into this Agreement knowingly and voluntarily.

The Company hereby agrees to pay the reasonable fees and expenses of the Executive’s legal counsel incurred in connection with the negotiation and review of this Agreement, up to a maximum of $10,000.

Fully understanding these terms, Executive is entering into this Agreement knowingly and voluntarily.
