Common use of Opinion of Maryland Counsel Clause in Contracts

Opinion of Maryland Counsel. At the Closing Date, the Representatives shall have received the favorable opinion, dated as of the Closing Date, of Maryland Counsel in the form and substance satisfactory to counsel for the Underwriters, to the effect set forth in Exhibit G hereto and to such further effect as counsel to the Underwriters may reasonably request.

Opinion of Maryland Counsel. At the Closing Date, the Representatives shall have received the favorable opinion, dated as of the Closing Date, of Sxxxxxx Xxxx Guinot & Sandler, P.A. (“Maryland Counsel Counsel”) in the form and substance satisfactory to counsel for the Underwriters, to the effect set forth in Exhibit G E hereto and to such further effect as counsel to the Underwriters may reasonably request.
