Operator’s Representative. (a) The Operator shall appoint a competent and qualified person to act as its representative in connection with this Agreement and such person shall be the Operator’s Representative. Such appointment shall be subject to the Approval of the Authority (such Approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed). (b) (i) The Operator’s Representative shall be located in Ireland.
