Operators-in-Training Clause Samples

Operators-in-Training. All operators in training shall hold a dual rating of operator in training/laborer and be compensated with a $1.00 per hour stipend when working at a different classification assisting the water system maintenance men. This work shall supplement not substitute for water system maintenance men, be offered on a rotating basis to operators in training, and be called in to work overtime only after all employees working as the water system maintenance are called.
