Operator’s Estimate Sample Clauses

Operator’s Estimate. As soon as practicable and in any event within fifteen (15) Business Days after having received the Authority Notice of Change, the Operator shall deliver to the Authority the Estimate. The Estimate shall include the opinion of the Operator on:- 33.3.1 whether relief from compliance with obligations is required, including the obligation to meet the requirements set out in the Specification during the implementation of the Authority Change; 33.3.2 any impact on the provision of the Services including whether the proposed change is in contravention of clause 33.1 (Authority Changes); 33.3.3 any amendment required to this Agreement as a result of the Authority Change; 33.3.4 any estimated Change in Costs that results from the Authority Change; 33.3.5 any Change in Revenue that results from the Authority Change; 33.3.6 any Capital Expenditure that is required or no longer required as a result of the Authority Change; 33.3.7 any regulatory approvals which are required; and 33.3.8 the proposed method of certification of any operational aspects of the Services required by the proposed Authority Change.
