Common use of Operator sha l Clause in Contracts

Operator sha l. provide the constituents of the Contractor with a list of all the entities approved by the Operating Committee as per Appendix-F (V) for the applicable category of the contract along with other entities if any from whom the Operator proposes to invite tender;
