Common use of Operator Reporting Clause in Contracts

Operator Reporting. The Borrower shall cause the Operators to provide to the Administrative Agent and the Independent Engineer all reports required pursuant to O&M Agreements at such time and in such manner as provided therein. The Borrower shall cause each Operator and its employees and officers to make themselves available at the request of the Administrative Agent or the Independent Engineer to discuss any information disclosed in such reports, including with respect to inverter failure rates.
